The holidays are coming, and that means lots of extra activities, entertaining, get-togethers, and lots of added stress. Emotions can get high when we factor in the added stress factor. You don’t need to let your emotions take over during this time of year, and you don’t need to let other peoples’ emotions dictate whether or not you enjoy the holidays.
