Emotional Resilience

Our emotions are something so often overlooked as we try to feel better about the circumstances in our lives. It’s usually overlooked because we don’t know what to do with our emotions, so we end up avoiding them in harmful ways – harmful to ourselves and the people around us. But, if we learn to accept our emotions as a teacher in our lives, then we stop fearing and avoiding them. We start paying attention.
